Promoters:
The Condé Nast Publications Limited are a company registered in England and Wales with company number 00226900 and with their registered office at Vogue House, Hanover Square, London W1S 1JU
The prize draw is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoters (The Condé Nast Publications Ltd), any associated companies, their families and anyone professionally involved in this promotion. We may ask you to verify your eligibility to enter by providing a valid form of I.D.
To qualify for the draw, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and email address using the online form provided. Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. No purchase necessary. Closing date for entries is midnight on Saturday 31 March 2018.
There is one prize to be awarded – A restored Harry Ferguson vintage garden tractor supplied by The Vintage Garden Tractor Company. Insurance, tax and legislation is not included. The value of this prize is £4,500 and the prize draw is only available to UK residents. The value of the restored tractor may not be refunded or exchanged for a cash value and must be re-deemed within six months of the winner being announced.
The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. The promoters' (Tatler) decision is final.
Tatler reserves the right to amend or change the prize offered with an alternative equivalent prize at any time.
The promotion will be governed by English Law.
The use of false name or address will result in disqualification.
The Vintage Garden Tractor Company reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw at any time and reject entries.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner will be required to collect the prize from The Vintage Garden Tractor Company in Essex and will be informed of the exact location on announcement of their win. The winner must clarify the road registry and insurance requirements prior to the pick-up.
Entrants must be happy for their name to be publicised and for a picture to be taken when picking up the tractor.
